Oh Susanna! is Edmonton's own Euro-style variety show, playing monthly since 1999 in Strathcona's improv comedy hot-spot, The Varscona Theatre. Antics, music and spectacle abound, guided by international glamour-gal Susanna Patchouli (Mark Meer) and her co-host Eros, God of Love (Jeff Haslam). Watch as celebrity guests engage in sparkling conversation and high-spirited competition! Delight in the shenanigans of the Compania del Mambo! Thrill to the tunes of the Oh Susanna Jug Band! The Compania del Mambo features the talents of Leona Brausen, Davina Stewart, Neon, Dana Wylie, Belinda Cornish, Jocelyn Ahlf, Celina Stachow, Jana O'Connor, Liz Hahn, Josh Dean, Elyne Quan, David Belke, Tom Edwards, Briana Buckmaster, Ashleigh Ireland, Farren Timoteo, Andrew MacDonald Smith, Dana Andersen and more!

The Oh Susanna Jug Band is peopled by Andrea House, Bryce Kulak, Jacob Banigan, Paul Bellows, Emma Hooper and Chris Smith. Technical wizardry is provided by Brad Fischer.

Featuring the unholy talents of the Compania del Mambo, the sinister sounds of the Oh Susanna! Jug Band, and a bewitching array of special guests.

Tickets are available at the Varscona box office (10329-83 Ave) at 10:30 pm,
and range in price from $10 for regular folk to $7 for those with the
foresight to purchase a Die-Nasty membership card.
